Payments Policy

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or any other forms of payment apart from mentioned above.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and ePulse Digistore is not responsible for errors or issues arising from these services.
    Currency
    • All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified. If you are purchasing from outside the U.S., your payment provider may charge additional fees or exchange rates, for which ePulse Digistore is not responsible.
      Billing Information
      • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all billing information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Orders with incorrect billing details may experience delays, and ePulse Digistore is not liable for these delays.
      • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there are discrepancies or fraudulent activities detected in billing information.
      Order Confirmation
      • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a summary of your order and payment details. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@epulsedigistore.com.
        Sales Tax
        • All orders may be subject to applicable state and local taxes, depending on your shipping address. These taxes will be added to your order during checkout and reflected in the final price.
        Order Processing
        • Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
        • In the event of unforeseen delays in processing or shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible.
          Refunds and Adjustments

          • Refunds will be issued according to our Return and Refund Policy. Any approved refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
            Declined Payments
            • If your payment is declined, please verify that all payment information is correct and sufficient funds are available. In the event of continued issues, please contact your financial institution for further assistance.
            • ePulse Digistore is not responsible for fees or charges incurred due to declined or failed payments.
              Fraud Prevention
              • ePulse Digistore reserves the right to verify and validate the payment method for any purchase. If suspicious or fraudulent activities are detected, the order may be canceled, and the account could be subject to further investigation or permanent suspension.
              Disputes
              • In the event of any disputes related to billing, customers can reach out to support@epulsedigistore.com to resolve the issue. All disputed claims must be made within 30 days of the transaction date.
