Warranty Policy
ePulse Digistore is an authorized dealer for multiple brands, and each brand has its own warranty policy. Please refer to the individual warranty policy of supplier mentioned below. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@epulsedigistore.com.
1) Himiway Bikes
All Himiway bikes are covered under our 2-year, all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS
The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.
As for warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only benefit from the warranty when both of these conditions are met:
- The 2-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it.
- The new owner has the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.
COVERED PRODUCTS
Himiway will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment), except in case of user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
Frame
Himiway ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges associated with transferring parts to replacement frames are not included. An authorized Himiway service representative will determine if the frame meets the replacement standard.
Himiway reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at Himiway’s discretion.
Frame issues excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
- Corrosion
- Paint fade, scratches, and impact marks
- Impact damage
- Non-reversible modification (such as drilling or welding)
- Chain guard mounted to the frame, if applicable
Batteries
Himiway batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.
During the first 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Himiway only.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electricalor electromechanical stress.
- Defects or damage caused by private modification.
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Himiway.
- Products that have the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Himiway for the Products.
- Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment of the Products in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from following actions or situations:

Charging with a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery.

Using a battery charger improperly.

If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.

If the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified.
Parts & Components
Spare parts support a one-year warranty.
Purchase extra accessories, and you will be protected within one year. Once you can ensure that the item is not working, then you can kindly contact us to replace one new spare part. The prerequisite is that you need to pay the freight fee.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.).
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
- Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Himiway.
- Products with the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
- Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Himiway for the Products.
- Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
- Ordinary wear and tear not resulting from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Himiway.
CLAIMS PROCESS
1. Warranty Claims
All claims to this warranty must be submitted to support@epulsedigistore.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact Himiway via support@epulsedigistore.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 2 years of initial purchase will be processed through Himiway.
Please note: For frame number starting with 185 and FLE, except for the battery to be returned, the other three accessories (displays, motors and controllers) do not need to be returned, shipping fee will be charged for replacement.
Himiway will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.
Attention: Himiway will offer free components and replacement parts (while shipping fees are not included), and any installation fees will not be covered by Himiway without the after-sales team’s authorization.
2. Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@epulsedigistore.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.
NOTICE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.
3. Credit Card Chargebacks
REPAIR SERVICE
For offline bicycle store repair services like Velotooler, Himiway will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs incurred by the repair service.
2) Ecotric Bikes
To make a warranty claim always keep handy the E-Bike model, date of purchase, E-Bike serial number as well as the original order number from our website.
Every ECOTRIC electric bicycle purchased on our website comes with an 18 months warranty ( In the period of 18 months from purchase by Official Authorized Store) against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, motor, controller, and display.
This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the ECOTRIC bicycle and is not transferable under any circumstances. The original buyer refers to the buyer who can provide the order number.
This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
It is important that you register within 30 days after the original purchase to activate the warranty, all fields are required to successfully submit your registration form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY
For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:
1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 18 months from purchase by Official Authorized Store. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from purchase.
3. Original Batteries – Provide free warranty service from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase.
The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
4. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 18 months main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.
5. Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lever, brake caliper, brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.
Exclusions: The other parts are Normal wear parts which are excluded from this warranty.
If any parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately after shipment arrival. ECOTRIC will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue.
Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the Shipping costs of warranty parts.
If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.
Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.
The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:
- Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
- Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking
- Acts in violation of laws
- Never registered your ebike or cannot provide the order number
- DIY repairs on electronics
- Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
- If the bicycle is used as rental unit
- Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
- Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
- Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
- Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
- If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
- If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
- If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
- Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
- Damages resulted from improper care and handling.
Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

3) Emmo Bikes
By purchasing any Emmo Inc products or other brand items sold by Emmo Inc, the customer agrees to the policies and procedures outlined below.
Terms and conditions apply for eligibility of warranty. Please refer to Terms and Conditions.
Any warranty is extended to the original owner with the original purchase paperwork. This portion does not cover the purchase of parts or the purchase of products sold by Emmo Inc that is not an electric bike, electric scooter ebike, electric motorcycle style ebike, electric mobility scooter, kick-style electric scooter, or ride-on toy.
Electric bikes (Bicycle style):
- Comprehensive Warranty (up to 4000km):There is a Two Year warranty (up to 4000km) for the frame, and motor. One year repair or part replacement is extended to the original owner on controller and other applicable components against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and materials on the e-bikes.
- Manufacturer's comprehensive warranty does not cover such parts including, but not limited to: seats, plastic housings and shrouds, pitting, scratches and chips, brake pads, tires, tubes, or damage due to lack of maintenance, accident, misuse or abuse. Damage incurred from water, road salt and other foreign debris or chemicals are not covered by the comprehensive warranty. The labour of any warranty repair will be covered by the original store that the bike was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store. The parts will be covered by Emmo Inc. You are responsible for providing original purchase paperwork and shipping the item to and from the store.
- Six Month Warranty (up to 4000km):6 Month warranty on original Batteries and Chargers provided that they have been maintained as instructed by your vehicle hand-book and not subjected to freezing temperatures. For Lithium models, the chargers must match the lithium batteries. Emmo is not responsible for any damage resulting from using another brand or voltage of charger. The customer is responsible for providing original purchase paperwork and shipping the item to and from the store.
- If you are not able to bring the ebike to the location you purchased from, you may be required to ship the item and a copy of your purchase paperwork to Emmo Inc before receiving a replacement item. You are responsible for shipping to Emmo Inc. Once the warranty claim is approved, Emmo Inc will arrange the shipping for the replacement parts and cover the return shipping to you unless expressed otherwise by Emmo Inc. Labor will not be covered by Emmo Inc.
- Certain conditions that may limit or completely void the warranty of your e-bike are: altering the ebike from its original design or its intended use, eg: pulling a trailer, as a delivery vehicle or any commercial use.
Electric Scooter E-Bike, Electric Motorcycle Style E-Bike, and Electric Mobility Scooters:
Emmo dealers may charge an assembly fee to assemble the ebike.
- Comprehensive One Year Warranty(up to 6000km):Two year manufacturer warranty on the frame. One year repair or part replacement is extended to the original owner on the swing-arm, motor, and controller against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and materials on all e-bikes, mobility scooters.
- Manufacturer's comprehensive warranty does not cover such parts including, but not limited to: seats, plastic housings and shrouds, pitting, scratches and chips, brake pads, tires, tubes, or damage due to lack of maintenance, accident, misuse or abuse. Damage incurred from water, road salt and other foreign debris or chemicals are not covered by the comprehensive warranty. The labour of any warranty repair will be covered by the original store that the Electric Bike was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store. The parts will be covered by Emmo Inc. You are responsible for providing original purchase paperwork and shipping the item to and from the store.

Please consult your Emmo dealer for more details of the parts policies.
- Shipping Damage: Emmo Inc will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any delivery services or courier actions. Report any damage to Emmo Inc within 7 days of receiving the part with pictures for any shipping damage and proof of purchase. Please note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Delivery prior to signing off on the shipment. Shipping damage is not covered by Emmo Inc if you choose your own shipping method or freight forwarder. The cost of shipping will not be covered under warranty unless Emmo Inc agrees in writing to cover the shipping cost.
- Repair and Store Purchases of Emmo Inc Products: Any warranty is extended to the original owner with the original purchase paperwork. Any return or exchange within 7 days must be in new, unused, and original packaging. The customer is responsible for notifying Emmo Inc of the return or exchange and the cost of shipping will not be covered under warranty unless Emmo Inc agrees in writing to cover the shipping cost. On all return and exchange items, a restocking fee of 20% will be withheld from the refund amount unless Emmo Inc has agreed to another arrangement in writing. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee will be refunded once the product is returned and determined to be returnable. Restocking fees are 20% of MSRP not including Taxes, Freight/Shipping or PDI. Items out of original packaging will not be accepted.
- Part Warranty Policy: All items with warranty must have a valid warranty sticker. For Lithium models, the chargers must match the lithium batteries. Emmo is not responsible for any damage resulting in using another brand or voltage of charger or using an Emmo item with items that are not sold by Emmo Inc. Within 7 days, any items defective by manufacturer quality and are under warranty can be replaced. After 7 days, any items defective in manufacturer quality and are under warranty can be repaired. Warranty does not cover damage due to lack of maintenance, accident, misuse or abuse. Damage incurred from water, road salt and other foreign debris or chemicals. The labour of any warranty repair will be covered by the original store that the Emmo Inc part was purchased from only when it is being repaired at said store. For repairs that are done on items that are not from Emmo Inc, only a 7-day Parts Warranty will be included.
- If the part was paid by financing, you are responsible for any cancellation fees or penalties charged by the third party financing company unless Emmo Inc has agreed to cover the fees in writing. The financing loan agreement will only be cancelled after Emmo Inc has received and approved the returned item.
- For repairs that are done on items that are not from Emmo Inc, only a 7-day Parts Warranty will be included. Emmo Inc is not responsible for items modified from its intended use or purpose resulting in damage to the ebike or injury to the customer or third party.
Warranty Extension:
Please consult your Emmo dealer for more details of the extended warranty plan.
1-Year Extended Warranty: The extended warranty plan is an extension to the comprehensive manufacturer warranty. It covers nearly all items covered under the comprehensive manufacturer warranty, except for batteries. It follows the same terms and conditions as the comprehensive manufacturer warranty.

4) Glion Bikes
Dolly E-Scooters LLC, dba Glīon® (“Dolly E-Scooters”) warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product that it is free from defect in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper maintenance, storage or use of the Glīon electric scooter. This limited warranty will be void if the product is ever used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation, modified in any way, or rented.
If, during the limited warranty period, this product appears to contain a defect covered by this limited warranty, email support@epulsedigistore.com, for warranty service instructions. You will be required to have registered your purchase and provide a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair.
If you purchased your product directly from Dolly E-Scooters or authorized resellers that are not authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to send the product, pre-paid and insured, to our service center for warranty repair. You will be advised of shipping instructions in reply to your email. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair. Products returned to Dolly E-Scooters for warranty repair, which upon receipt by Dolly E-Scooters are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty, will be repaired or replaced (at Dolly E-Scooters’ sole option) at no cost to you and returned pre-paid to customers located within the Continental United States. International customers (customer located outside of the Continental United States) will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at Dolly E-Scooters’ option.
If you purchased your product from an authorized reseller that is authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to return the product to that reseller for warranty repair.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL EXIST OR APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NON-DEFECT DAMAGE, DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OR STORAGE OF THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSSARY MAINTENANCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT).
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DOLLY E-SCOOTERS BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL DOLLY E-SCOOTERS’ LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT COVERED HEREBY. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR DOLLY E-SCOOTERS ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
5) Nanrobot Scooters
NANROBOT only provides a warranty on scooters purchased from this website and are the original purchaser. If you bought your scooter from a dealer, please contact the dealer. From the moment the customer receives the order, all NANROBOT electric scooters have a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The NANROBOT support team is always at your service for any questions you might have.
Warranty Claiming Process
1.In order to claim the warranty, you need to provide visual (pictures and videos) evidence of the defects. This should be sent to our email along with related textual information.
2.If the customer service team ascertains that there is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will send you new replacement parts.
3.Replacement parts are provided only once during the warranty period.
NOTE: We do not provide any warranty for disputed orders, and the warranty will continue to be provided after the dispute is cancelled.

Once the normal warranty ends, the provision of free after-sales services ends too. That is when the extended warranty coverage starts. No additional warranty is provided once the extended warranty ends. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@epulsedigistore.com.
This warranty does not cover:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, poor maintenance or adjustment as advised in the user manual;
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by or during the time that the user is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other mind-altering influences;
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by acts of nature;
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by or due to the customer self-modifying, decomposing or destroying the parts without prior authorisation from the manufacturer.
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by the use of non-original parts or unauthorised circuit and configuration change.
- Fractures/breakage or loss of plastic parts inclusive of the choke, charging port, handlebar switches and plastic flaps.
6) Tracer Bikes
Tracer USA, Inc. offers a warranty on all parts for 6 months (battery and all electronic parts) and 1 year on the frames starting from the date received for all manufacturer defects. This warranty only covers bicycles and bicycle components purchased through Tracer Bikes or an authorized dealer. The warranty policy exists for abovementioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike. Subject to our inspection and evaluation, defective items may be replaced for no cost with proof of the damages and purchase.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note our warranty policy does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Paint damage and rust;
- Lost items/parts or damaged keys;
- Damage due to improper assembly or follow-up maintenance or lack of skill, competence or experience of the end user;
- Improper maintenance, including follow-up maintenance;
- Damage or failed use due to accidents, misuse, neglect, theft, or abuse;
- Any modification/installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold;
- Any components that have been modified or tampered with, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, lights, motors, battery packs, displays, controllers, etc.;
- The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear;
- ALL warranties are void if the bike is used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use of the bike.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or customized items) and items that have been modified. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to complete the return process for the item you would like to return. Once the return is processed and accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item. Your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been processed and accepted.
7) Senada Bikes
To make a warranty claim always keep handy the bicycle model, date of purchase, bicycle serial number as well as the order number on our website.
Every Senada electric bicycle on our website comes with a 2 Years warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, motor, controller, and display that could affect the electric bicycle's function.
Every Senada Li-ion battery on a Senada e-bike comes with a 1 Year warranty, the warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Senada offers battery service for a charge.
All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan — eventually their capacity and performance decline such that they need to be replaced. As batteries age, they can contribute to changes in e-bike performance. A Senada Li-ion battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles when operating under normal conditions.
This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the Senada bicycle and is not transferable.
This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
We highly suggest using a photo or a short video (no more than 25MB) to illustrate the issue when contacting us, it will help us diagnose the problem quickly and clearly, then provide further assistance to solve it.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY
For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:
1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for entire life. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 Years from purchase.
3. Original Batteries – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase.
During the year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.
The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of 3rd party charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear, or water damage (including rust).
The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence, or attempt to open or repair it without Senada and/or Senada authorized service provider's permission will void the warranty.
4. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 2 Years main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.
5. Consumables: Components subject to wear are NOT covered by the warranty: tires, inner tubes, chargers, brake lines, brake pads, rear rack, basket, crankset, pedals, fenders, wheel lining tape, spokes, light bulbs, LEDs, fuses, etc.
If any warranty included parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us (with photo/video proof) immediately after shipment arrival. Senada will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue.
Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the shipping costs of warranty parts.
If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from bicycle misuse, negligence or abuse.
Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
Always keep receipts from any services performed to the bicycle by an authorized distributor or service center.
The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:
- Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual;
- Cycling collision, accident or bicycle damage caused by careless parking;
- Acts in violation of laws;
- If bicycle is resold;
- DIY repairs on electronics;
- Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water;
- If the bicycle is used as rental unit;
- Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards;
- Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time;
- Overloading beyond recommended capacity;
- Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects;
- If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps;
- If bicycle is used in competitions or racing;
- If bicycle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery;
- Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer;
- Damages resulted from improper care and handling.
Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

Eunorau complimentary continues to support the Product after the Warranty as a manufacturer courtesy and may only ask for shipping costs and send replacement parts for free. Eunorau reserves the right the change this term without any confirmation from the customer.
