ePulse Digistore Return Policy

  Product Return and Exchange

If you need to return or exchange your product, please follow these steps:

  • Returns or exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Contact us at support@epulsedigistore.com with your reason for the return/exchange.
  • We will provide a return shipping label for you to print.
  • Return Shipping: ePulse Digistore will bear the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to the return which customer will have to bear.
  • Exchanges: If exchanging the product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged product.

    Shipping Damages

    If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will ensure a quick resolution. Here’s how we handle it:

    • Visible Damage on Delivery: If the damage is visible and affects the functionality of the product, you may reject the delivery and notify us immediately.
    • After Delivery: Contact us at support@epulsedigistore.com to report missing or damaged parts. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated costs. In the case of missing or non-critical parts, we will send replacements free of charge.

     Defective Products Under Warranty

    If you encounter a functional defect with the product within the warranty period. For manufacturer wise warranty policy, please visit our ‘Warranty Policy’ page

    • Contact us at support@epulsedigistore.com with detailed photos or videos explaining the issue.
    • We will coordinate with the manufacturer to assess the problem and provide a response within 7 business days.
    • Once approved, we will arrange for free replacement parts and/or servicing at no cost to you.
