Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders received before 2 PM CST are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We offer "Curb-side" Pickup shipping, which is completely free!  The shipment takes between 3-9 business days to arrive at your doorstep after you have submitted your order. We do not offer any other shipping option. If you have a special request for a different delivery option, please reach out to us at support@epulsedigistore.com.

Order Shipment:

We work with reputed courier companies like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@epulsedigistore.com.

No Shipping outside the USA.

Change of address:

In the event of change of delivery address before shipping of order, please get in touch with us at support@epulsedigistore.com as soon as possible. We will coordinate with manufacturer warehouse to make necessary changes.

If you need to make change in address change post shipping of order then please get in touch with us at support@epulsedigistore.com. We will coordinate with carrier to make necessary changes in delivery address. Any extra charges levied by carrier will be borne by the customer.
