Eunorau DEFENDER-S

This bike is well made,a bit heavy, next generation should be lighter so same amount of power will go further, needs an option to remove the standard seat an mount a standard seat post in its place, unless you're 5'6 the stock seat is way to low and lousy for long trips and put on an electric horn! Overall a really good bike that is open to customization , enjoy, I'd buy one again!

Ia€?m a first time ebike buyer. I researched lots of brands for months trying to decide which one to buy. After three weeks and a 100 riding miles on my Defender-S, I couldna€?t have made a better choice. The Defender-S does not disappoint. It has incredible on demand power, rides smoothly, quality parts, looks great and turns heads everywhere I go. It shipped when they said it would, received it without a scratch and It was fairly easy to assemble using the videos and the user guide. Eunorau responded to all my questions in a timely manner. My only gripe is the lack of accessories to upgrade through AR. That said, there are lots of after-market items available to personalize based on your riding style. Ia€?m smiling ear to ear even with bugs in my teeth.

My wife Cheryl and I got this bike together and it's my third ebike. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY OTHER COMPANIES! This is hands down best customer service I've had. Eunorau didn't ask a question when our bike had something wrong..... They fixed the problem by immediately shipping the parts and I can personally say they are far and above the rest.
