Great customer support. Only complaint is that it took over a month longer to get the bike from the original ship date.

Specter Great Bike

I am a heavyset person and got this particular bike because of the max payload. It has a lot of power both with the throttle and pedaling. The tires are wide and grip good. I was surprised how big the bike is. It is just about as long as my motorcycle. I have not been off road yet, still getting used to it but cant wait. It is a blast to ride and is very solid. Reviews and videos on it have been spot on.

I have enjoyed my new Specter for 2 weeks now and logged 50 miles. So far I am very pleased with this bike. It seems well built and it rides like a dream. I did change out the seat for a larger/softer one. Thata€?s just my personal preference. Nothing wrong with factory seat. I used customer support to solve a minor issue, and Kagen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Issue solved quickly. Probably going to order a bike for my wife next. I bought the 19a€? frame size. My inseam on trousers is 31a€?. 19a€? frame is almost too tall for me. I am very satisfied with this bike!
